Our extrusion lines for foam XPS sheets are equipped with low speed co-rotating twin screw extruders for an hourly production up to 350 kg and with a Tandem system for an hourly production up to 700 kg.
The circular extrusion die is equipped with an external adjustment of lips opening, while the calibrator is composed by a cooling can for the inside of the sheet and a cooling ring for the outside of the sheet.
The lines can be integrated with lamination or coating systems able to produce directly in line high technological multilayer sheets. The sheet can undergo a single or double lamination with PS film, or it can receive a layer of PS and/or EVOH film for the barrier effect that improves the preservation of the food.
