Flat sheet

UNION boasts the widest and most complete range of machines for the production of flat sheets. Our lines, represented by the initials LV, LB, LVIG and LFI, allow to produce a thickness included between 0.8 and 60 mm., a width from 600 to 8000mm and an output from 100 to 4000 kg/h. For the producers of extruded material from flat die, UNION is a concrete reference. More than 700 lines manufactured and sold all over the world are our guarantee. For any request UNION provides the top solution in the design of the line as well as in the components and in the accessories, thanks to 65 years’ experience and the constant search for the best solutions.
The standard sheeting line consists in one or more extruders for the material plastification, in a screen changer that screens the material impurities, in a gear pump that improves the quality of the melted flux, and in a die suitable for the type of material to be produced. The downstream is made by a calendar, a rollers path, a longitudinal cut, a shearing unit, a piling unit. All is managed by a computerized system wholly developed by UNION.
